What is the delivery time?

The average delivery takes up to 2-4 business days to reach you. Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.


Who is the courier service?

We ship all orders through NINJA VAN, a reliable carrier specializing in online shopping delivery.


Does Explorer Outfitter deliver to restricted zones and PO boxes?

We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports.

I am not available at time of delivery.

A NINJA VAN driver will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery

How can I track my delivery status?

Track order, enter your “tracking number” to start tracking your order.

I received the wrong delivery.

Please contact us and specify your order number, item order, item received. We will exchange the items to the correct ones.

Local Delivery

Shipping Charges are standard according to weight of parcel throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak. Order to be received within 2 – 4 business days*.

International Delivery

Please note that shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duties (if any). Any custom/ import duties will be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
