ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

At Explorer Outfitter, we are happy to offer you store credit for change of mind on full priced items.

You are eligible for a store credit subject to the following conditions of our Return Policy: 

1. The following timeframes apply: Online (Malaysia): 14 days from date of delivery

2. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise. You may reprint from your Account records online if lost.

3. Item(s) must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, in its original condition with all tags intact.

4. Accessories, sale items, and orders made with promotional codes are NOT ELIGIBLE.

5. Returns can only be made once per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. 

Explorer Outfitter reserves the right to deny the store credit request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.

Explorer Outfitter reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
